HISTORY
Shiraz on the Water was opened in 2008. Executive Chef Carol Buckantz was added to the Shiraz team in first quarter 2010. Chef Carol created a brand new menu for Shiraz in June 2010. Shiraz on the Water Manager, Tom Ewald joined the Shiraz team in October 2010.
